On St. Patricks day we dressed up in our green and went to Grandma Mary Ann's house to celebrate Haley's 10th birthday. Grandma made corned beef and cabbage and per Haley's request she made her homemade noodles. I brought green rolls and green Italian bread from Hy-vee and Grandma also made Ben's favorite 7-up jell-o. The day finally warmed up so they got the play outside. It was the perfect end to a great holiday.
Yum! I love corned beef! That's usually my typical St. Patty's Day birthday meal. Is Haley's birthday actually on St. Patrick's Day? If so, she must be one awesome kid! Only the most awesome are born on St. Patrick's Day :)
